What is difficult to understand, is why when I discovered the most realistic place where Ben’s body is likely to be found, why Ben’s family quashed the idea.
The Sun newspaper wrote my story up with such enthusiasm, they sent a photographer to my home. Then I understand they spoke to Kerry, Ben’s Mother. Since that point the story was shelved.
There was a time when I believed that Ben may have been ‘taken’ but having spent considerable further time and resources on this case, I know that did not happen. I was sent a photograph by a tourist visiting Turkey. I always believed that the image bore a very good resemblance, to how Ben may have looked if he had lived.
All we will now have is further ‘possible’ sightings or someone comes forward, has a blood test because they think they are actually ben Needham, all of which WILL always prove be absolute nonsense.
