On the 10th May 2024 I was invited to attend a gathering outside the Birmingham Offices, of the CCRC, Criminal Cases Review Commission.
A number of us gathered which included supporters of wrongly convicted victims, such as Jeremy Bamber.
The general view is that the CCRC do not have the staff to properly review cases of conviction, and when they do the bar is set to high. Therefore people who have been convicted of an offence, are not receiving Justice.
Probably one of my two most favourite seventies action dramas, Randall & Hopkirk Deceased started Kenneth Cope as Marty the ghost. Brilliant drama produced by Monty Berman.

Lord Lucan moved out of the family home in January 1973. This was when he and wife Veronica (Lady Lucan) felt their marriage had run its course.

So as I stated all along, absolutely nothing gained by searching the Reservoir in Portugal. The German prosecutor was simply trying to clutch at ‘air.’ Not sure exactly what he was expecting to find. So what if Christian B visited the area, probably visited the area many times if you believe everything you read in the media.

There was absolutely no way that the German Prosecutor, was ever going to find anything at the Reservoir site, which could help prove, Christian B was responsible for Madeleines disappearance.
The man enjoyed visiting the Reservoir area apparently, so what, what does that mean?
As for the allegation that police tracked his mobile phone, and apparently a call was made on his mobile from very near the Ocean Club Resort, many questions to be asked about that allegation.

White ‘Lilies’ A Shrine to Madeleine
When I first read this in the media, something immediately struck me as very odd, something which made me ask myself, questions.
Lilies are very much a British thing, particularly white lilies and they are much associated with death and Funerals in the United Kingdom. Therefore something which most British people would be familiar with.
I have now had it confirmed by Portuguese sources, that Carnations and Roses are much more widely associated with death and Funerals in Portugal, not Lilies.
I am guessing Lilies are not that easy to obtain in Portugal, as say Roses or Carnations are.
My theory is, that it’s was a British person or persons who created this shrine.
In view of the fact that the media have just started to carry this story, why have the person or persons who created this shrine, not made themselves known to anyone?

A British Couple named only as Ralf and Anne, now claim, soon after Madeleine’s disappearance, (they don’t appear to say in what year) they visited the Reservoir and found a shrine to Madeleine.
Couple of points of interest here to me are:
They say they found, white Lilies together with a photo of Madeleine and a row of stones.
They say, they reported this to German police back in 2020. They heard back from the German police very quickly. So why has it taken three years for the German police to organise the search of this reservoir area?
The couple are British people, and knew the whole world was searching for Madeleine. I cannot understand, why in possession of this matter, they would not have also contacted the British media, with their photograph, together with alleged information, location etc etc for them to report on THREE years ago? Why only say something about this now?
Also the couple specifically mention ‘white lilies.’ White lilies are specifically associated with funerals in the UK. I wonder how easy or difficult it is to buy ‘white lilies’ in the area of the Reservoir? And are white lilies used in Portuguese funerals?
A very ODD report in my view.
So apparently the three day search around the reservoir, has allegedly, resulted in some items of interest being found, as reported in the mirror link below. These items will now take months for forensics to analyse. I have to say that my own view is that these will all prove negative, in the search for Madeleine.
The result being negative is exactly what happened in the Ben Needham case. Where items of alleged interest were sent for the same analysis, and yet months later, were shown to be unrelated to Ben’s case.

Yesterday 25th May 2023 the latest search for Madeleine McCann concluded in Portugal. I think it is safe to say that it is unlikely, that anything relating to Madeleines disappearance was actually found. This has been my feeling since announcement of this latest search was announced.
I see that one or two, but not the majority of media reporting, have included in their reporting, that the Home Office have now agreed further funding in this case for the Metropolitan Police. This round of funding is being reported to be £110,000. I cannot see any real reporting of this in the media, and cannot find any detail on the Home Office website.
In seeking permission to bring a Judicial Review, the Law states that such application to the High Court, must be made within three months of the decision date. I await confirmation that such funding has indeed been decided, so I can commence my application in the Administration Court.
